NUTTY has been in rescue care since 2006, he is a Welsh Mountain Pony (Section C) and a real cutie!
His previous owner had health problems which prevented Nutty from receiving the attention he needed. He had severe laminitis which still needs careful management.
Nutty is twenty four years old, but as fit as a fiddle! He is the most timid of the horses and does not like being parted from his friends. He wants nothing but peace and companionship.
MINKY joined us in January 2010, we estimate his age to be about 4, he's a Shetland type, with a pretty champagne coloured coat. He came to us because he was being kept in a tiny back garden, inadequate for his needs, and was clearly being neglected. He has settled well, is extremely friendly and a brilliant escape artist. He can be handful when having his hooves trimmed!
